We started our garden this week. It is a bit later than usual due to the crazy weather but we decided that it was now or never!
Here is what we had to start with...weeds and overgrown onions!

| This box was almost done when I took the picture...it no longer has the wooden slats in it so it was a bit easier to clean up. Coulter was a big help...but he is a perfectionist and his area had to be completely free of weeds before he moved on...Bill and I not so much! |
Then we bought the plants and had a little help from our very own gardener extraordinaire...Merideth.
After a long two days we finally had what we hoped for...three boxes filled with a bounty of goodness for the summer...at least we hope so!
