Makenna got Bolt as a birthday gift...she had been begging for over a year to get a guinea pig and we finally said yes....that was 5 years ago. Today as an almost 13 year old she is tired of the noise he makes and the time it takes to properly care for an animal...so again after begging me to find him a new home I did just that...within a few minutes of posting the need for a new home on FB we had a response and new family was excited to bring home. Of course before he left we needed a few pictures...which lead to lots of play time with him...which lead to Makenna saying he really is so cute but I am happy to have him to go to a home that will play with him all the time and pay him more attention than he was getting. So thank you to the Shafer Family...we hope you are loving him!
