Mak turns 13!

Makenna is a teenager!  It doesn't seem possible that this miracle of a child is 13...but she has the attitude to remind me of that pretty regularly.  Makenna is passionate,goal-oriented, driven,loyal,fun,disciplined, hard working,inspiring and most of all a gift that came exactly when we needed it most! We are grateful to have her and know that God has big plans for her life.

Makenna is a soccer nut!  These cleats are the only thing she wanted for her birthday from us...she also asked for new sliders and new sports bras from her siblings cause seriously, her life revolves around soccer!

Makenna will be going to Washington DC with Bill when her schedule allows!  Hopefully that will be before she turns 14! This is a trip that we started doing when Coulter turned 13 and it is a tradition we continued with all the kids...it is a very special for Bill since he spends so much one on one time with the birthday kid!  It is also a memory that we hope they remember forever...so stay tuned for pictures from that trip...
