Legacy Bakery

For months Merideth has asked me to take her and her friend Seana to Legacy Bakery so they could meet Megan...the runner up on The Next Great Baker. (They are both big fans of Cake Boss and like to bake.)  Megan opened a shop in a small town nearby a few years ago and can often be found behind the counter...sadly the day we went she was home recovering from foot surgery!  The girls made the best of it and had a blast eating cupcakes and cake balls. They also enjoyed looking at all the cakes that were on display and in the photo albums. It was a great way to end our week since I had worked every day.

This was the cake that all three of us agreed was our favorite...isn't that puppy adorable!
