I am in the process of changing the way my family eats...one of the things that I am trying to do is buy organic as much as possible. I tried a local co-op that I have heard about for a while now and I would say that my experience overall was great! A few things went in the trash because they did not get used but for the most part I was able to use everything before the week was up. I decided that I need to think about those produce bags to see if some of my items would last longer...such as the lettuce.
